Sentinel Autocare, a DIY Premium Car Detailing brand had difficulties in launching their brand. They had a website previously developed which was lacking basic UI/UX features and was handed over to them when it was incomplete.
The client also needed help in Strategic Digital Marketing as they had a very specific target demographic.
The Problem
Going global
The team behind Sentinel Autocare reached out to ask to help them build a brand presence on the internet. They needed a website to sell products online, whilst leveraging Digital Marketing to take their website around the globe.
They also needed a Digital Transformation consultant to advise and lead their company to implement smart technologies to improve their fulfilment process.
Our Solution
We provided consultancy services to the client by advising methods and strategies which would help the start-up brand gain traction in the market. After our proposal was accepted, our E-Commerce Web Design and Development services were employed to give their existing website a total facelift. After only three months of development, Sentinel Autocare’s website was finally launched.
The website is Multi-currency capable, allowing customers to view Singapore and US dollars. Upon checkout, a custom API and plugin were developed to enable the automatic calculation and pricing of shipping and freight charges. Once an order is placed, the selected courier will be notified of an order.

In today’s day and age, millions of websites are created every year. That being said, a new brand will especially need Digital Marketing to increase awareness and Digital Presence. A full-fledge Digital Marketing campaign was deployed for Sentinel Autocare. Search Engine Optimisation, Instagram and Facebook Marketing as well as Search Engine Marketing solutions are provided by us.
Video Advertisement
A Video Ad was created to complement our Social Media Marketing efforts. In collaboration with a Video Production firm, Enchant proposed, choreographed and directed the Video Advertisement clip. The video serves as a summary and capabilities of Sentinel Autocare’s product lineup.
